Jessica Frost is the RiseVT advocate for St. Albans. She loves fresh air, movement and travel. You may know her from the many yoga classes she has taught throughout Franklin County from seniors to tots. You will often find her with her husband and three girls doing some of her favorite family outdoor activities: skiing, paddleboarding, gardening and biking.
