Vinyasa classes link the breath to the movement for a meditation in motion that is designed to build muscle strength, increase flexibility, balance out the nervous system, and leave you feeling more aligned with your true Self. Attention to alignment is a key part of class. This class is open to beginners and intermediate students. No experience is necessary to participate in this easy going flow class.
